Home delivery
Malta
- B2C / Retail orders: free delivery on orders over €35.
- Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days, but please allow up to 4 working days.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM may require an additional working day for delivery.
- Delivery times may vary during weekends and public holidays.
- Deliveries are handled by a third‑party courier service. While deliveries are normally completed on Wednesday and Friday, in some cases your parcel may arrive on the next working day.
Delivery schedule
Gozo
- B2C / Retail orders: free delivery on orders over €50.
- Orders placed by Wednesday are scheduled for delivery on Friday.
- The courier collects Gozo parcels on Friday morning, with delivery normally taking place during the Friday afternoon.
- As deliveries are managed by a third‑party courier, there may occasionally be delays and your parcel may arrive on the next working day.
Order before 11:00
Orders placed after 11:00 AM may require an additional working day for delivery.
Public holidays
When a scheduled collection or delivery day falls on a public holiday, the delivery may be postponed to the next available working day. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.
Malta & Gozo only
